After becoming easily confused about which mod packs were recent, and finding the best blend of quality, I have put together an AIO mod pack.
*NOTE!* Disable automatic game updates to preserve the mod files
*NOTE!* You will need to unpack the game files
Download the NFSS Extractor from http://www.nfsaddons.com/shift/tools/491/
Extract the archive to your main NFS Shift directory
Run game_unpack.bat
It will take a LONG time
*NOTE!* After extracting the game,
create a shortcut on your desktop
right click it and selct properties
add "-loose" into the target line (without the quotes)
