GTA Vice City : Liberty City Mod

Can't wait till October for San Andreas? Why not head back to Liberty City? With GTA: Liberty City, you can ride motorcycles and fly helicopters. This is done through the long conversion of Liberty City's map to Vice City's game engine. Features include improved vehicle physics, an advanced particle system, transparent water effects, rooftops with associated collision files so you can land on them, access to interiors used in the original game's cutscenes and original GTA player/pedestrian models featuring skeletal animation. 

Demarest and the rest of the team spent months converting the majority of Liberty City to the newer Vice City engine. Because of this, the game runs faster.
